I recommend this for advanced players as you will die from a few hits, especially on higher difficulties. This Mod will increase the weapon damage.
This Sound Mod will give a bunch of weapons a more realistic sound. New AKs, Pistols, Machineguns, Sniper Rifles etc. AO3 adds lots of new weapons an attachments to the game.
